Feel free to start Taylor. I’ll join the fray with one of my other blades until the new one is complete.

Re: A quick flourish
Somebody over on the Facebook group had a question about my standard ranger sword so I threw together this quick little flourish to give some perspective. Nothing fancy. The sword is an upgraded Hanwei Great Sword of War for all who want to know. I rewrapped the handle and reprofiled the blade from...

Re: MERF Random Adventure Pictures
I was able to get out for a bit today using my light set up. Not counting my belt contents the rest is limited to just a market wallet that contains a wooden bowl and enough food for a day or two, water skin, bed roll ,and bow/quiver. The market wallet also holds my pipe and tobacco pouch while the ...

Re: Joining the need wallet club
What's going on with the shoulder strap tiedown I see higher up? Is there a hole or two through one of the straps to hold that binding in place? Correct, two holes on the bottom side. It is actually used as an anchor point to tie the straps of my water skin, bedroll strap, and quiver strap together...

Re: Joining the need wallet club
I’m actually kind of wondering now if it make make more sense to just let the leather case be just that - a case - and then inside that case there would be a much softer, lighter-weight package, either made of waxed cloth or some sort of thin, weatherproofed leather like oiled goatskin. This woul...
