Awesome resource. I already own everything in the package except the leather, and I usually get mine from Tandy, but the video will be handy when it's time to make my own bracers. Rob might try getting your leather from http://www.springfieldleather.com that's where I've been getting stuff from lat...

Mustard and vinegar also work well to darken non-stainless steels though I've never personally used them. I've used this mixture to dull-down a nickel plated Denix '73 Peacemaker clone several years ago; I can attest that it will definitely work, and the longer you let the parts soak, the duller it...

That's a cool video, but cripes...a lot of work to make that particular bracer; however, I could see it being used to make a set of nondescript ME-styled versions, so I may give it a shot in future.
