Custom made for a guy that I've made a handful of LOTR stuff for. Huge thanks to Elleth for the buckle.

That really looks the part, very impressive!
Gimli: It's true you don't see many Dwarf-women. And in fact, they are so alike in voice and appearance, that they are often mistaken for Dwarf-men.
Aragorn: It's the beards.

Oh that came out great! The little boot at the bottom (for the bow, right?) is an interesting touch. Have you had a chance to see how it works? I assume you need to take off the quiver to get at the bow, yes?

You're quite welcome on the buckles. :)
What did you use for a tongue? It looks made for it!

I fiddled around a bit with my short bow, and it works pretty well keeping everything in place. As for the tongue it's a piece of coat hanger that I hammered flat and rounded the tip.

Good gravy, that thing must hold two dozen!

The little boot at the bottom is, I believe, an actual feature of the original WETA quiver, yes?
Now the sword shall come from under the cloak.

Correct, I couldn't get a good look at whether it's a stand for the bow to sit on, or a loop for the bow to pass through, but I made mine a loop because it made the most sense.
